| General: | 12 is a web series parody of the hit television show 24 and follows high school hall monitor Jackie Brower as she tries to stop the students from stopping the implementation of a new uniform policy by taking over the school.
The series will consist of 12 episodes that run between 13 and 15 minutes each, which includes the main time frame of 12 minutes in Jackie Brower’s life. It showcases the same intensity, twists and lavish visual style that makes 24 unique, but adds in plenty of comedy and references to the action/drama genre itself.
I am looking for investors/financers to help bring the final 11 episodes of the season to life. I have two additional seasons already in mind that would parody different cult shows, and would seek distribution of the entire season and/or series on DVD once completed. |
| Synopsis: | High school hall monitor Jackie Brower, desperate to stop a rumored student takeover of her high school, must do everything she can to find out who’s behind it. When she apprehends Poppy Love (who’s out of class during a school-wide lock-down), what’s revealed will turn Jackie’s perceptions of her world upside down. |
