| Synopsis: | When evil genius Dr. Milo Medlo falls for mousy secretary Holly, the business of Good vs. Evil in Suburbiaville screeches to a halt. His interest in waging evil is replaced by an overwhelming desire to cater to Holly's every whim, leaving him with no time for even his loyal henchman Hank. With Dr. Medlo out of the game, both defenders of good and purveyors of evil have little to do and are in danger of becoming permanently unemployed. "All I'm qualified to be is an evil henchman," moans Hank. To thwart such a disaster, Hank enlists the aid of Suburbiaville's top-ranking good girls, Justice Kitten and Little Liberty, to help him break up Dr. Medlo and Holly and restore balance to the city.
Their ill-conceived plan fails to break up Dr. Medlo and Holly, though it does serve to bring Hank and Little Liberty close. Things seem hopeless until Dr. Medlo finally snaps at Holly when she won't let him practice his evil hobbies occasionally. They break up and it appears that life will return to normal in Suburbiaville, until Holly returns to Dr. Medlo later, professing that she can’t live without him. He eagerly takes her back, claiming it's been "the worst afternoon of my life!"
Finally, as a last resort, Little Liberty does some background checking on Holly. She is discovered to be a supreme evil genius who travels the country, seducing lesser evil geniuses and sapping their will to perform evil, thus leaving her as the penultimate evildoer in the world. Hank, Little Liberty, Justice Kitten and Dr. Medlo's doting mother, Millicent, all rush off to warn Dr. Medlo. They arrive just as he is about to propose to Holly, revealing her for who she really is. At last, the balance of Good and Evil is restored and life returns to normal for the good and evil denizens of Suburbiaville. |
