Accent development

I'm an Australian in London (background in news reading and a bit of corporate VO). After 3 years I have developed a bit of an English accent on some words - but far from able to keep it on. Similarly I am learning French currently and am having a horrid time getting the accent right. Any good coaches/resources who can help me develop?

Whilst I was at drama school I had an amazing vocal/accent tutor called Mary Howland. Not sure if she tutors privately but I know she's on Twitter. Sorry if this isn't particularly helpful! Leonora
