You don't say whether you speak French, and if so, how fluently. If you don't, or not very well, work on it as trying to get information from people "on the spot" can be difficult as many of them don't speak good English.

Look in Contacts and the Actors' Yearbook for theater companies performing in English. There used to be a few, don't know the situation now. Look at a website called E-Talenta, http://www.e-talenta.eu/en_US, which is in is beta phase and therefore still free I believe, as it for European actors who speak a multitude of languages including English. You may want to look at all the agents listed on E-Talenta in France to see if you can get on their books. There is a website for French casting directors but I have lost the address. I see by your profile that you worked at Euro Disney so perhaps some of your colleagues there might know.

I looked at your profile and see that you are just starting out really, so good for you for getting a job at Disney. However, if you can't get very fluent in French then don't stay too long in France. There is a certain amount of work for actors with an accent in French but it's very limited and, as per usual, there is probably more work for men than for women.
