With over ten years experience casting for theatre, television, film and commercial Jo Adamson CDG compiles exciting and innovative casts.

She provides a full casting service to a high standard. Excellent relationships with actors and agents combined with offices in London, Leeds and Manchester ensure our abilities to research and secure artists to meet your every requirements.

After three years as casting co-ordinator at The West Yorkshire Playhouse, Jo embarked on a freelance career in 2000.

Projects with Kay Mellor and Rollem Productions followed including the casting of series two of the BAFTA winning 'Fat Friends'.

Since 2005 she has been one of the core Casting Directors on The Bill casting a range of storylines including a two part special filmed in Romania.

2007 saw a collaboration with London based company International Collective (I.N.C.) where Jo is now Head of Casting.

Jo is particularly passionate about developing new talent in the North and regularly holds auditions and workshops researching new and upcoming talent.
