During my time in the school I was given a variety of tasks ranging from simple administration to creating and updating open day information including power-point and video presentations. I was also responsible for taking phone calls from applicants to the university and informing unsuccessful candidates.

This involved taking prospective students and their parents around the university campus and offering them advice and information about the city, the course and the university itself.

I was employed on the customer service desk dealing with a variety of customer re            quests and complaints.
