Mike C Berry is an award-winning programme-maker who has overseen in excess of 450 hours of TV over the last 20 years. Whether one-off specials or presenter-led series, all Mike’s shows have attracted critical acclaim and peak ratings in their slots - he "gets" channel needs and can deliver on a range of brands. During his career he has produced, directed and executive-produced for ITV, BBC, Discovery, Animal Planet, National Geographic, Sky One, Star, Sony, Five and PBS, across history, science, wildlife, factual entertainment, arts and light entertainment. At Parthenon Mike oversees the production unit, Executive-Producing a busy slate, keeping creative controls from development through to delivery and working alongside the CMD to steer the vision for the company. As well as managing broadcaster relationships and securing commissions and co-productions in the UK , US, Central Asia and India, you’ll still find his spending long hours in cutting rooms obsessing about getting programmes just right for their audience. With a master Degree in Mass Communication Columbian TV & Films Institute, California, Hollywood and at present he is doing research chapters in audiences Behavior, Mike started out researching natural history programmes and his background includes managing a fine art collection, running environmental expeditions and being part of a Creative Consortium for interactive media.

Making of Media Planning, Strategies & Analyzing
Produce live and taped broadcasts from conception to air, including planning, writing, copy editing, pre-broadcast coordination, rehearsal, and on-air timing.
Plan, write and field produce tape segments as needed.
Conceptualize stories with producers, talent and reporters, critique production and writing of news stories.
Coordinate with directors, creative, promotion and other departments involved with the production of newscasts..
Provide supervision, management oversight and mentoring to producers, associate producers and production assistants assigned to broadcasts for which he/she is responsible.
Responsible for recruiting, training and scheduling new department staff

Mike C. Berry, is having wonderful experience of 24 years in Films, Television, Event Management, Documentaries & working as a Freelancer corporate communicator for various organizations.
My guiding sprit and godfather is my father & I feel proud to mention his name because he has devoted his whole life to this film industry as a chief cinematographer ----Mistri Madan Babu , he was associated with Guru Dutt, Satayjit Ray and Sorab Modiji, etc.
I passed out from National School of Drama(reparatory) in 1980-81 in Direction, Just after that I decided to join some International Institute to know more about the Film techniques so I joined Columbian TV & Films Institute, California, HollywoodAlong with this, I have also learned Ballet dance and became the Instructor to teach ballet in and around the world.
Since than I am working with various production houses, magazines, Institutes also official invitee to numerous film festivals around the world from Delhi to Cannas.
From 1983 to 86, I was associated with Columbia films as a 2nd director with Mr. Peter MARX.
I joined ABC as Associate Director programmes for Children from 1986 to1988, 1988 to 1990. Worked as Sr. Executive program, researcher & analyst.

I am also visiting faculty member to World renowned Institutes as well as FM of Mass communication Delhi, ---- Satayjit Ray Film Institute, Kolkatta, --- Film and Television Institute of India, Pune and Parsad Film Institute, Chennai.
I am also associated with various Film and Technical Magazines as film critics.
I have been appointed as a consultant and panelist to various GOVT. and semi- Govt. departments to screen the media profiles in the shape of Films, Radio programmes or media related projects.
