Intern Summer 2006

-Worked directly alongside producers on “True Life” series.
-Loaded all tapes onto Avid editing system as well as screening and
recommending footage and music for show.
-Carried out administrative responsibilities in office while producers
shot on location and edited.
-Coordinated cameras, lights and other equipment for location shoots.
-Communicated with 3rd parties to locate and acquire outside footage,
images and licenses.
-Organized and maintained tape library of both archived and new footage.

Alex Coletti Productions - Production Assistant - New York, NY - 2007

-Assisted in production of Radio City Christmas Show HD Broadcast on location and in the
edit.
-Addressed issues that arose on location as well as timing acts of live show, and running
tape.
-Other responsibilities included, shipping and delivering rough cuts of show to all
involved parties, completing .show log and working with MML contact to clear music.
