From January 2008 I was made temporary Branch manager and made responsible for two other members of staff. The role was only temporary as I was taking a sabbatical leave so I managed the office while a more temporary solution was arranged. All my duties as a consultant remained the same but I had added responsibilities.

  • Weekly one to one meetings with staff to ensure any issues were addressed and expectations for the week were clearly set
