PRODUCTION MANAGER/DIRECTOR, September 2007 – June 2008

Shandiego Creative Media, Jakarta, Indonesia

Managed a reality-based television show and documentaries by commanding a crew of media professionals. Was the coordinator of the operations of various production teams such as camera, lighting, sound, and talent, eg. the hosts or guests of the show.

Selected Accomplishments:

• Directed or helped produced one of the top five highest rated reality-shows in Indonesian television, with an average viewership of over 2 million per week during non-prime time hours.
• Produced documentaries with the partnership of MediaCorp, a state-owned conglomerate of commercial media companies based in Singapore.
• Was responsible for the budgeting and creative licenses of various productions that I was involved in.

POST PRODUCTION COORDINATOR, September 2005 – July 2006

Random Pictures, Jakarta, Indonesia

Oversaw the post-production process of a full-length feature film by providing technical information regarding a number of media software, such as Avid and Pro Tools, and facilitating an open communication between the production team (eg. Producers, Director, and Director of Photography) and post-production team (eg. Editor and Sound Designer).

Selected Accomplishments:

• The film, Maskot, was well received and hailed by professional film critics.

PAYROLL SPECIALIST, August 1998 – October 2003

Marilynn Marshall Chapter 13 Trustee, Chicago, IL

Was part of the financial team of a Chapter 13 Trustee office, acting as an analyst of bankruptcy plans for individual debtors to help calculate and process their payment plan with their employers according to legal agreements. Was also involved in Account Receivables by processing receipts on a daily basis from debtor and employers to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.

Selected Accomplishments:

• Was responsible for the working of thousands of debtor’s employee deductions throughout their 3-5 years plan.
• Processed hundreds of receipts a day and prepared them to be sent to LaSalle Bank.
• Provided customer service to debtor and/or their attorneys by making available information regarding their account information or legal matters through the telephone or face-to-face meetings.

• Proficient with PC software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Avid Pro Tools.
• Proficient with Mac software such as OS X Jaguar and Final Cut Pro.
