I am a practicing artist who has been self employed for years, working in theatre and running a studio/gallery. As you may notice from my curriculum vitae I have a passion for the arts whether theatrical or visual.
During the last few years I have won two Brickendens, both for best costumes. In 2006, I was the project manager for “Open Air lll, Art and Architecture”, a public art project run through the McIntosh Gallery.
I have had some formal training at various institutions of learning such as Hereford College of Art, Ontario College of Art, Sault College and University of Western Ontario. My practical experience is vast for I have remained constantly active in the art world, whether building props, painting sets, creating costumes, or facilitating public art projects. My experience working within a team environment is extensive whether in theatre or the visual arts. I love building and working on creative concepts with others.
I look forward to having the opportunity to show you my portfolio.
