· Ensure that all applications are in line with Arts Council guidelines and application format.
· Advise applicants about their application at all points of the decision process for a grant and general enquiries about the organisation.
· Record and analyse data gathered about applications.
· Arrange internal and off site meetings.

· Facilitate rehabilitation of road traffic accident victims, funded by third party insurance.
· First point of contact for all parties through call or correspondence queries and complaints.
· Ensure that reports are retrieved from the therapist and delivered to the instructing party through case management.
