Day to day duties included traffic stopping, make over lessons, providing information on company products and how to use them and giving excellent customer serivce. I also had a target set each day and would make sure I did all my daily duties to make sure I reached my target.

Daily duties apart from treatments were working on reception and stock taking. Treatments carried out were massage, facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures. A high level of customer service was given at all times and ensuring all clients were satisfied with their time in the spa.
