I'm a sound recordist based in the north-west of England. I'm from a music background like many other sound recordists and as such have managed to diversify into composition for tv and audio dubbing work.

The majority of my work involves getting my "hands dirty" outside with location recording however. It is a job that I've done for 8 years and have worked on many productions for broadcast, commercial and corporate television as well as feature film.
I've been around the world with my job, from Afghanistan to Florida (and lots of places in between) so am well versed in long work trips abroad in sometimes challenging environments.

I hold a USA I-Visa which expires in 2013 and have up-to-date vaccinations including yellow fever (African travel) valid until 2014.

I own a full PSC sound kit which i meticulously maintain in a way that only a sound man knows how! I also own a Mac-based ProTools 24 Mix Plus TDM audio dubbing system which I have housed in a specially sound treated home studio
