Redbag Pictures was founded by Producer Barrington Paul Robinson, After spending 15 years working in the City he turned his hand to Film gaining experience on shoots and training at NFTS , NPA & Raindance he started Producing. Screen International recognised him as one of their Stars of Tomorrow 2006.

The company has been built with a strong foundation in short films Free Speech, Death of the Revolution & Hallo Panda (Cinema Extreme) have been created with The Blaine Brothers & Bird Feeder Directed by Jo Barnes. Barrington has now been funded by Film London, LFVDA, Screen South, UK Film Council & Film 4.

The films have been screened at festivals worldwide including Edinburgh, Berlin, Melbourne, Durban, Reykjavik, Foyle, London, Cork, Austin & Cannes. They have also been broadcast on Channel 4 and BBC.

Redbag Pictures is currently compiling a slate of 7-10 films both Features & Shorts to include Player - Dir. Mary Nighy, Police & Thieves (Action/Thriller) - Dir Blaine Brothers. Chance to Dance (Teen/ Dance / Comedy). More details soon to be available on www.redbagpictures.co.uk.
