Composer.  This is a 3D animated television show for an international market.  Composed show's theme and episodic music.

 

2009  -  Academy Awards ‘Hero Trailer’  (Director:  John Singleton)
Composer.  This was a 30 second promo spot for ABC - scored with samples and a live cellist.

 

2009  -  Maxon Animation Demo Reel (Editor: Chris Chesnut) 
Composer.  This was music for an NAB showreel.  Maxon is an animation software company.

 

2006  -  Cold Storage (Director: Tony Elwood)

2000  -  The Sharktank Redemption (Producer: Doug Van Doren, Director: Natalie Van Doren)

Composer. This short film (a parody of Shawshank) was featured at the Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen and
aired for several years on HBO networks.  The score was recorded at Capitol Studios in Hollywood with
conducting and orchestration by the composer.

1998  -  Together As Neighbors (Director: Jesus Montes)

Composer. This is an underscore project for a USC documentary (not a student project)

 

1997  -  In the Mud of Jabbok (Director: Kevin Osgood)

Composer. This is an acoustic (strings and percussion) score for a USC student’s short film.

BMI Film Conducting Seminar (2006)

Mr. Ridley was selected as one of eight young film composers to study with film music conductor Lucas Richman.  The three week BMI seminar involved conducting film music with a large orchestra - with and without click.
