• 2006 – 2009, Northumbria University. Degree in Media, Culture and Society BA(Hons) Second Class

• 2004 – 2006, St. Bede's Sixth Form College, Lanchester, Co. Durham. Here I passed three A- Levels including an A in Media Studies, a C in English Literature and a D in Music

• 1999 – 2004, St. Bede's Catholic School, Lanchester, Co. Durham. Here I passed 9 GCSE's including an A in English Literature, 3 B's for a dual Science Award
  
  and a B in English Language, and 5 C's in History, Spanish, Maths, R.E and Music

Skills

• Through education I have acquired substantial skills in writing and computing.

• In my bar jobs I have gained experience in customer services.

• Bar job duties included cash handling and stock checking acquiring responsibility and trust from employer.

• At my A Love Supreme placement I used computers to update the website and write articles using programmes such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Dream weaver. As with university, there have been instances where such computer skills have been essential.

• The Factory work gave me experience in working morning, day and night shifts.

• The solicitors work experience involved working in an office environment using Microsoft Excel to input information in computers, and I also sat in some of the court room cases

Interests

I am very enthusiastic about the film industry. I love films from directors ranging from David Lynch, Roman Polanski, Dario Argento, Johnnie To, Martin Scorsese, Paul Thomas Anderson, Billy Wilder and Jean Luc Godard. Books on the industry by Peter Biskind and Syd Field are also of great interest to me. As well as films, I also enjoy reading and I am a keen guitarist, having played since the age of seven. I am also a part time sports enthusiast, being a fan of football and cricket.
