The above shows some of the more interesting items from the last fifteen
years in the Film
Industry but is by no means complete list . I own and am current on both
Macintosh and
Windows Computer systems particularly with respect to music and video
programs . I am a
keen Sailor and still sail regularly on the south coast . I have a
family home on the Isle of Man
where I can stay during Manx based productions. I can also stay in
Ealing when working to
the west of London.

Running and organizing live events this time including the seminal
“Rage” club, Dance 90/
Dance 91 events and early gigs for The Prodigy and The Shamen amongst
others. I also
learnt to beatmix (D.J.) at this time . Duties included budgeting and
organizing staff ,
locations and facilities for events . I was also responsible for
promotion i.e. flyer distribution
, tracking ticket sales and producing radio commercials for events.

Two year production course, specialising in sound, also for NFTS and
Royal College films. 25
Projects in two years often including audio post production including
two Fuji film award
winners (one for sound) Also some work at Trillion and Visions T.V

May 86 – July 87
Well I only meant to stay the day , but I got involved with spells on
the camera (a Mitchell)
and co-ordinating the trace and paint dept on this manic feature film
classically animated,
from the people who bought you The Snowman and the Yellow Submarine !

Feb 84 –April 86
At this time we were running concerts/tours for Marc Almond, New Order,
Bronski Beat, The
The, Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Violent Femmes among others and a
Saturday night
club at the Lyceum called the Playground with first live UK outings for
Run DMC and the
Beastie Boys. Tour managing and production managing. Also touring as
Monitor or Front of
House Sound Engineer. Trips to “The Tube” and so on.
