Girls OVA Volleyball Tournament – Produced A live to tape production with three cameras of an Ontario Volleyball Association Tournament. A setup in a very high people traffic area and limited space for crew and equipment.

City Council – A weekly live to air production providing local government and
municipal meetings

Ringette Tournament – A live to tape event where several teams of ringuette
competed for first place on a local tournament. Ringuette is a very fast paced
ice skating sport, I operated the far side camera to capture the action and
goals.

Military Tattoo – A live to tape event that commemorates military and police
services in North Bay, ON. It took place in an large arena with four cameras. I
operated the high camera that captured the wide shots and action shots.

Friday night football - A weekly event that is live to tape, in North Bay high
school football is a big part of the community during the spring and fall
months. I operated middle field and field goal camera as well as directed and
operated graphics for these events.

Santa Clause Parade – Assisted hand held camera operator who had to
move close to the action, I made sure he was safe and also kept the cables
away from the spectators and camera operator.

Canadore College – North Bay
- Shooting for creative projects such as a mini – documentaries on: Artist in residence Keith Campbell, and Information Technology services at Canadore College
- Editing with FCP, Motion, DVD Studio Pro and Live Type.
- Tape to tape editing for news stories
- Produced a seven minute corporate video
- Shooting news stories with journalists – Local events at the college and around the City of North Bay. - Participated in press conference and scrums to get shots of politicians.
- Audio operator during news cast and variety shows – Setup microphones for hosts and guests, prepare and select appropriate music for the show.
- News editor for shot news stories – Prepare news stories for news cast with a script and raw footage to required length.

Volunteer Experience

CTV Lions Club Children’s Christmas Telethon, December 1, 2007
- Live nine hour broadcast from three studios, to raise money for families in need in the North Bay area. I helped with all the setup procedures from laying out cables to setting up lights. During the show I operated a hand held shoulder camera and provided creative shots and backstage interviews.

Camphill Communities of Ireland, January 2004 – January 2005
- One year of working and living with people with disabilities and challenging behaviors. I supported people in care, with their daily lives, from getting dressed to supporting them in their work routine. On weekends I helped to organize trips and events for the people in care to provide an alternate routine
