| My services as a Camera Assistant include setting up the tech room and troubleshooting all camera equipment prior to shoots, troubleshooting camera issues on set, and ensuring things run smoothly for camera operators and producers alike. Also, setting up video village using microwave and traditional monitors for the director. Worked with and operated the Panasonic DVX 100B and Sony HDV-Z1U.
My services as a Teleprompter Operator include setting up and operating teleprompter mount and software for commercial shoots. As well as working closely with producers and talent to edit the script for maximum reading efficiency. I possess excellent listening skills and ability to work quickly under deadlines.
During my internship I assisted a premier, downtown based Production Company with day-to-day operations in the office and on the field. Aided camera operators and audio mixers on shoots by preparing equipment to be loaded and unloaded into production vehicles, ensured productions ran smoothly by effectively communicating between producers and crew and immediately solving any challenges that arose. Assisted in-office crew with live satellite uplink broadcasts and provided personal assistance to satisfy the needs of the client. Other office duties included navigating the city to pick up and drop off equipment, mass-producing and labelling clients DVD orders, testing new shipments of equipment, packing orders to be shipped, as well as dubbing and digitizing clients orders from tape to the editing suites
