Seeking a Public Events Production Coordinator to provide technical and administrative support in the preparation, installation, strike, and execution of all public events at York Street. Key responsibilities include providing technical and design support as directed; creating diagrams, drawings, and maps; supporting logistics surrounding storage, inventory, and equipment maintenance; updating and maintaining pricing and settings in POS system for onsite sales; processing payments and maintaining event budget spreadsheets; ordering and receiving supplies; executing event shifts as assigned. Must maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate morning, evening, some holiday, weekend work, and on-call responsibilities throughout the year.
