Highlights
-
I am a friendly, enthusiastic person who is ambitiously serious about acting! I am easy to work with and take direction well, am responsible, versatile and work hard to achieve the best result possible.
I was a stalwart cast member of Merriman Theatre Group and School productions for many years having been in a huge variety of shows including musicals, cabarets and dramatic performances. Through this, GCSE, A-level and Undergraduate performances and examinations, I have had the opportunity to play a variety of characters from Shakespearean, Victorian to modern plays, taking on all types of genres and styles.
Through work experience at two creditable theatres and during my first year at University studying Drama, I have also had hands on experience back stage and have completed courses in Sound, Lighting and Stage Management, also having taken control of the Sound element of a peer group’s examination.
I have also attended a number of professionally run Workshops at such establishments as the Theatre Royal in Bath working on areas including Commedia Dell’ Arte and Stage Combat for example.
My experience in front of the camera has consisted of playing the lead role in a short student film and short promotional film, and extra work in a feature film and a small speaking role in a feature film.
I also play the piano at Grade 6.
