About me
As a youth, Genevieve attended the Redbridge Drama Centre Youth Workshop and completed her grades in ballet, tap, modern and acrobatics at the Mary Dunne Theatre School and continues to take lessons in commercial dance at Pineapple Studios. For her undergraduate degree Genevieve studied French and Spanish at the University of Cambridge and thus speaks both languages fluently. During her year abroad Genevieve began her professional theatre training at the Jacques Lecoq School in Paris before obtaining her Masters in Acting whilst training at East 15. Since entering the profession, Genevieve has worked with directors including Abbey Wright and Michael Woodwood, and has performed with Sell A Door Theatre Company, The Orange Tree and 1927, as well as becoming a co-artisitic director of NoMansTime Automatics. She has starred in many short films, including the multi-award winning Balcony, directed by Fell Holden, and also performed in and co-produced her own film, Refugee, in 2019.
