Most recently interactive theatre in English. Performing five different shows for Spanish students from 5 to 50 years old. Interacting with the audience. Working with a variety of actors. Working with prerecorded voiceover. Portraying multiple characters in each performance.
Working with a touring theatre company. Performing Interactive theatre in English for native Spanish speakers. This job involved performing one to three shows daily while touring around Spain, working as a team with many different colleagues. Moving and constructing the set and working in multiple theatres and performance spaces. Performing to audiences of up to four hundred people. Interacting with audiences from age three to fifty-three while always maintaining a positive attitude and high energy levels. This job required the ability to learn five different plays and display a variety of characters and also work with puppets. When performing to an audience that does not have the same first language you must find a way to be engaging which required very physical performances in these shows audience members would interact with the characters live onstage during the show. -
