Throughout my career I have been commended for being an individual who is adept at supporting the team I work within, and I am employed in highly responsible positions due to my ability to handle the technical demands and longer working hours required.
I am proficient at anticipating the needs of those around me and I aim to always be alert and responsive within my working environment. I understand the importance of co-ordinating with managers and supervisors, outer-departmental colleagues, as well as with junior members of the team as this facilitates preparation and therefore the development of a more relaxed, efficient and safe working atmosphere.
