Alice Petit

I am an english/french speaking free-lance editor, working in Tromsø, London and Paris. Over the past 10 years I cut a dozen of short fictions and 2 features plus a few documentaries.

I have graduated in January 2013 from the MA Editing at the NFTS.

The shortfilm Jeunesse des Loups-Graous is selected at the "Critics's fortnight" in Cannes 2015 and the feature Hinterland is being released through England in selected cinemas and was nominated for the best british film award at Raindance 2014.

Jeunesse des Loups-garous has been selected to La semaine de la critique in Cannes 2015

Z1 has been selected at Locarno Film Festival 2013

Talent Show has been nominated for the Editing award at the Underwire Film Festival and selected in Austin,Texas Film Festival

Mass of Men won the short-film Golden Leopard in Locarno Film Festival 2012 and prizes in San Sebastian, Molodist and CILECT.

Touch has been selected for the Hollywood Black Film Festival 2013,

Fucking, Drifting, Grasping, City Lights at the Angers Premiers Plans Film Festival 2013

Hamedullah the Road Home won the Best short documentary award in the London Independant Film festival 2012, and is currently used in court as evidence for defending rights of immigrants in the UK.
