A guy in a coma battles for his life in a dream world

The main character is a guy who is stuck in the woods. He's constantly being chased by a giant monster. Every time the monster gets too close, the guy loses his senses and is woken up by a mysterious fairy (Munira). As the story develops, we find out that this is a dream world in which the guy slips - he's in a coma in the real world, with the monster in his dreams representing death and the fairy being the machine that keep him alive.
