Quivalon is creating a multimedia, modern-day retelling of the Robin Hood legend, set in a parallel world where Robyn is female, magic exists, and the world has already suffered the effects of advanced climate change. At the center is a TV series, around which the story world will be developed through podcasts, novels, short films, and a wiki site. At present, this is a crowdfunded, collaborative project, with the aim of creating awareness and growing the project to attract interest from production companies who can help us take our vision further. To support the creation of the main Hood TV series, we are putting together short clips of 1-2 minutes which introduce our seven main characters and a sizzle reel of up to 10 minutes combining footage from multiple characters. This footage has already been shot.We are looking for the following roles: Editor, Colorist, VFX Artist, Sound Designer. An ideal candidate would be able to perform all four roles, but the work could be carried out by multiple specialists. When you apply, please state very clearly which roles out of these four you feel confident fulfilling.We would ideally like to find someone who would like to become a core part of the team and continue working with us as we move the project forward. This would be on a deferred payment and profit-share basis. However, we do have a small crowdfunded budget to cover fees if you would prefer to work on a freelance basis. In this case, please give us a quote of your fees.You will work remote and be required to work to deadlines which we will set together. For the editor position we have a slight preference for collaborators located in the UK or the Netherlands.
