Job descriptionSHE & JUL MEDIA is looking for a Production Assistant to join our team of creatives. She will be responsible for assisting in all stages of media production, ranging from carrying out research to organizing and editing.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Gathering information for and designing pitching decks as per the brief.Organizing paperwork and electronic documents for the company.Schedule meetings amongst the team.Additional administrative duties include compiling and logging expenses and petty cash.Editing and basic designing of both still and moving images for social media purposes.Managing the social media accounts for the company.*Requirements:Knowledge of basic video production process.Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Google Suites.Knowledge in Social Media.English proficiency.Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Good work ethics, resourceful and responsible.Passionate in Film and TV with a positive attitude.Strong research skills and good aesthetic judgment.Good interpersonal communication skills.Tech-savvy, adaptable, and willing to learn new skills.*
