Reporting directly to Digital Media Marketing Manager, the Social Media Supervisor will be responsible for managing all social media activities related to our social pages, also including social media buying and optimization across all the online platforms and channels to reach all the KPIs.Areas of responsibilityThe Social Media Supervisor will help grow our brand’s influence and reputation locally, increasing brand loyalty and awareness through day by day management of all our social properties and content/brand related temporary websites linked to social activations or social pages.The Social Media Supervisor will implement the social marketing editorial planning, social media marketing campaigns setting, reporting/tracking and analysis that meet targets and KPIsWork in synergy with the Performance/CRM team to ensure the implementation of a full funnel strategyOverview the social workflow, establishing good working relationships and creating synergy with internal TWDC stakeholders/XLOBs locally, being also the reference point contact with EMEA/US for all the social content process.Be the reference point of the social media agency, responsible for the social asset filing, approval, traffic and deliveryDaily monitoring of benchmarks and effectiveness of the editorial and paid campaigns in order to maximize resultsReport on digital media performance and metrics keeping track of insights and learningsWork with the PR/Creative/OnAir/Programming/Research teams to ensure ads and campaigns asset are built with correct specifications, and will effectively engage the target audiencesContribute with creative and innovative ideas to promote Disney+ contents with special activations
