    The Sr. Manager Content Marketing is a dynamic thought-leader energized by ambitious, creative ideas and storytelling, with a vast experience in the media and entertainment industry.In this role, you’ll lead the regional creative development for all Series & Seasonal Stunts/ Live Events campaigns. You will work with USA HBO Max and WM Latam Content and Marketing teams, to get all campaign assets, and will brief the HBO Max Latam Creative Services teams to localize them.The Sr. Manager, Content Marketing manages the end-to end production process of our marketing campaigns, delivering thousands of marketing assets each year across multiple markets and media channels.  This role has a strong interaction with Regional Marketing Directors to make sure all campaigns are aligned to the markets’ needs and participate in developing local extensions which will make the campaign locally relevant. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Campaign Execution- you will work on identified titles (Series, Stunts and Live Events) that are key to grow our business in Latin American markets, collaborating with US Creative Marketing teams and WM Latam marketing teams to receive all campaign assets. And lead our local process, by interacting strongly with HBO MAX regional marketing directors and developing the creative campaign with Creatives Services team and/ or external agencies when needed.• Full funnel campaign development & project management - mobilizing cross-functional teams to meet campaign goals.• Brief creative services team for HBO Max Latam working with internal clients such as Performance MKT, Lifecycle, Social and Regional marketing teams.• You will be deeply embedded in local market and consumer insights as well as the local entertainment industry.• You will interact with WM General Entertainment marketing team to detect and implement synergies and optimize shared efforts.  EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS• Consumer marketing know-how, well versed in Integrated Marketing, trained in bringing digital and off-line together to create powerful campaigns.• Experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams.• Functional expertise and leadership experience in marketing creative production, creative operations, and/or project management.• Experience managing and scaling a high volume of creative assets and campaign types in parallel.• Experience in Entertainment Marketing and/or Studio Experience with key insights and knowledge of TV Content workflows.• Strong communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments/teams to align from strategy through execution.• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and have a goal-oriented entrepreneurial mindset, driven to succeed and always opened for new challenges.• You are an entertainment fan who understands the power of content to build empathy and influence pop culture.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field, or equivalent experience.• 6 or more years’ experience in developing entertainment industry marketing campaigns.• Vast experience and knowledge of LATAM entertainment market.• Ability to build consensus and work effectively with cross- departmental teams.• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
