Project DetailsA scenic carpenter constructs, repairs, and modifies scenery built-in wood and associated materials.
This scenery could be for theatre, tv, or film. Recently, Scott Fleary has built scenery for projects such as the O2 Adidas project, Stormzy’s set for the Reading and Leeds Festivals, Henry V – Donmar Warehouse and the BBC Tokyo Olympics studio.
A scenic carpenter may also work on-site (at a theatre, in tv studios, etc, at exhibitions helping to construct the scenery and solve any last-minute problems. -
