We are looking for two Wigs Hair and Makeup Senior Assistants to join the production team.

The Wig, Hair and Make-Up Department’s vision is to support designers, performers and directors both in the creation of all productions and throughout their performances across the theatres three stages.

There is a team of up to twenty-five staff comprises of a broad range of skills and experience and they are committed to supporting new talent into the industry while encouraging our existing staff members to develop new skills and practices.

The purpose of the Wigs, Hair, and Makeup Senior Assistant role is to provide support and assistance to the Wigs, Hair and Makeup Supervisors by dressing wigs, hair and make-up for actors prior to or during performances. The Senior Assistants will know all the wig and make-up changes for their allocated productions, provide help and direction to the Wigs Assistants and Casuals and hold responsibility for repairing and maintaining wigs, hair and makeup supplies and artistic standards throughout and beyond any given production.
