    As Junior Digital Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for the planning, execution, and implementation of Front Gate Tickets digital marketing initiatives in support of a roster of clients. You’ll be the subject matter expert on FGT marketing offerings, initiatives, and technology platforms.RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary FGT marketing point of contact for a moderate list of clients during their entire festival sales lifecycle, utilizing our suite of offerings to drive ticket conversionsManage segmentation of our first-party database using CRM tools to build targeted lists based on analysis of relevant festival and fan attributes  Create and deploy email marketing campaigns for client portfolio, tracking results and analyzing optimizations Maintain marketing assets on FrontGateTickets.com using content management toolsProduce digital media plans, optimization suggestions and post campaign recaps for clients Manage relationships with ad partners to fulfill paid media campaigns across social, search, and displayWork collaboratively with greater marketing team to manage organic social content for Front Gate Tickets consumer facing social channels Work closely with Ticketmaster to execute media plans and marketing offeringsPlace advertising pixels via Google Tag Manager on behalf of FGT’s client baseServe as a primary resource for addressing Google Analytics insight and tracking Create and support festival promotional campaigns to increase engagement, and ensure legal complianceTrack client campaign spends in our budget tracker and ensure accuracy for settlementsGeneral support of senior members on the marketing team with team projects when assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or closely related field 2+ years Digital Marketing experience neededExperience deploying email marketing campaigns and managing online ad campaignsExperience in media planning and buyingExcellent communication skills, including verbal, presentation, written and listeningStrong content creation skills within Photoshop, and the MS Office SuiteDetail-oriented and able to follow complex processesPositive attitude a mustComfort and experience interfacing with various levels of staff and managementPassionate about emerging technology and advertising solutions Ability to handle pressure and challenging situationsAbility to manage multiple tasks, projects, and accountsAbility to collaborate effectively with other departments and organizationsAbility to occasionally work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Basic knowledge of HTML preferredBENEFITS & PERKSOur motto is ‘Taking Care of Our Own’ through 6 pillars of benefits:HEALTH: Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for you and your family, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)YOURSELF: Paid time off policy including holidays, sick time and day off for your birthday, free concert ticketsWEALTH: 401(k) program with company match, Stock Program ReimbursementFAMILY: New parent programs & support including caregiver leave and baby bonus, infertility supportCAREER: Tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment internal growth and development programs & trainingsOTHERS: Volunteer time off, crowdfunding network
