About me
David's career has been varied over the years from cabaret at sea and on land to international touring shows . He regularly performs on P&O, Cruise and Maritime, Air tours, Fred Olsen and other private charters as one of their cabaret headliners Over the years he performed with "The English Symphony Orchestra" UK tour with all the grandeur, pomp and circumstance of an evening in the park to an audiences of thousands.David had the great honor of playing"Phantom of the Opera" on ice "Wild Rose International" originally to be the voice of the Phantom and Raoul but a change of planning by the producer meant that David went into intense training to perform on ice singing alongside the world famous "Russian Ice Stars" in a cleverly choreographed show masking the fact he was never a skater!!! The first British man to appear on ice with them on their European tour ! Following the success of Phantom David traveled to Moscow and trained for three months with the "Russian Ice Stars" an

Cabaret on land and at sea 2003-2012 David has gained great popularity and success
over the years ,constantly in demand by all major holiday companies and first class
cabaret venues for his west end style. Cabaret at sea -P&O, Cruise and Maritime, Air
tours, Fred Olsen and private charters use David as one of their selected headliners
"The English Symphony Orchestra" UK proms in the park 2006 & 2007and host
David Lawrence performing "Nessun Dorma", "La donna Mobile" ,"O solo Mio" and all
the grandeur, pomp and circumstance of an evening in the park to an audiences of
thousands.
"The Pavilion Theatre Croma" 2003 David featured as one of the show named acts
renowned to be longest running seasons in the Uk June to September one of the last
bastions of British entertainment!!!
"Barnum" on ice 2001-2002 following the success of Phantom David travelled to
Moscow and trained for three months with the "Russian Ice Stars" and with the
"Moscow State Circus" where he learned all the skills required to play "Phineas Taylor
Barnum" the greatest show man that lived combining spectacular skating with daring
aerial acrobatics wooing crowds of thousands on their European tour

and arranger by Michael Alexander the then Musical Director of Shirley Bassey
