About me
I've been acting in the Santa Barbara area continually for the better part of my life, distinguishing myself performing with youth and community theatre companies and even at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival for screenwriting. During high school I appeared in a groundbreaking pilot production of Disney’s Tarzan and I've tackled dozens of roles written by playwrights ranging from Shakespeare to David Ives to Sarah Ruhl and more. Additionally, I'm no stranger to screen acting, and I've appeared in a variety of short films shot by eminent student filmmakers. At Santa Barbara City College I studied stage acting, screen acting, screenwriting and the like, receiving departmental awards and honorary scholarships for outstanding achievement within the theatre program. In the past I was mentored (during various competitions) by Peter Seaman, screenwriter of ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit?’ and Ron Howard’s ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas’, and Paul Kurta, producer of AMC’s ‘Hell on Wheels’. I vie tirelessly for a career in the industry and I am open to opportunities of all sorts, eager to rise to the occasion.Skills
