Highlights
-
What excites and encourages me in this competitive industry is that we are all unique. I am comfortable in front of a camera and confident with my looks and physical makeup. I've had a chance to work with some amazing professional photographers for outdoor and studio shoots and I am looking to work on a level, whether paid or unpaid, that will boost my profile as a model and add to my growing experience.
-
I derive a lot of inspiration as an actor from 'Kathakali - a classical Indian dance' to mention one. My experience so far in the Performing Arts industry has been a challenge both physically and creatively. I have always striven to give my best and enjoyed the opportunities that came my way with utmost sincerity. I have always taken pleasure working in groups as there always felt to be a sense of belonging. I believe it is in these moments of joint effort we grow with responsibility and passion towards each other and for the work we create.
My stay in Aberystwyth for an M.A were two fruitful years. It was here I met people and was exposed to works and artists that have taught me to be open to my thoughts and it was here that I started to develop a relationship with my audience. My effort always is to reach out to my audience and instigate thoughts, feelings and memories that they could take back with them. I believe I have learnt and continue to as I progress with my artistic and non-artistic endeavors.
