About me
I am a natural looking confident classic model and diverse actor. I have danced for more than 30 years, I have a good posture and natural grace. I am serious, reliable, good at following directions and hard working. I do everything in my best knowledge and ability. I have a good nature and very positive personality. I have a nice smile and happy disposition. Maybe because I worked with young people for a very long time, I am young thinking. I haven't got any bad habits. I read lots of self development books so I can go through life and challenges with a smile.I have stage and screan experience.

student films and one independent film.

I took part in TV Granada programme Swizz Call. Also I was interviewed on street for new F Word series. I took a part in Chanel 4 programme Win My Wage which was broad casted at 1st August 2007.
In the past when I was in Latvia I took part in some musical TV programs as a dancer. I would like to give it a try.
I am a very positive person with warm personality and I am open to challenge. I am natural on camera, good at following directions, hard working and reliable. -
I am a professional dancer/choreographer. From age of 5 till I was 18 I did a ballet and stage version of national dances.
I danced in a well known dance company in Riga for 8 years and visited with concerts several Europe countries. I have BA degree in Choreography from Latvia State Conservatoire in Riga. I studied Ballroom and Latino dancing during my College and Conservatoire years. I've choreographed and staged dances for several theatre productions and worked with children-teenager pop groups as a choreographer in Latvia and here in UK.
I can learn new styles and routines easily and also create simple routines in all styles. -
I won a title of Miss Elegance International 2006 in Rotterdam.
I modeled for Prestigious Living promotional materials.
Also I have a previous experience as a model mostly as a photo model. Recently I took a part in the BBC photo shoot for their educational website and for a medical website. Also I am an only model on Latvian Textile artist T.Strautina's website.
In 2007 I took part in TFP photo shoot with photographers David Partinghton and Geoffrey Hammond. I worked as a model for a large 2 days photo shoot in Edinburgh with 14 photographers and 24 models. Last year I took part in group photo shoots in Severn Valley railway.
Lately I worked on multiple photo shoots: paid and on TFP basis.
I worked on six fashion shows for Kaleidoscope in Manchester Retirement show (March '08), also worked for Kaleidoscope fashion show last year and I did several shows later in Mancheter.
I took part in Bridal shows in Harrogate and Leeds (2011), Dress For Sucess fashion show in London and several other shows in Manchester and Chester. -
2010 I finished year one of FdA Theatre and Performance studies at University of Central Lancashire. Due to lack of funding I had to put this on "pause". Currently I am in a Watch This Space Playback Theatre in Burnley and started to do stand-up comedy.
Last year I played role of Maid in F.G.Lorka's Blood Wedding, CTL Productions Manchester,
Also I started my own small theatre company, it's in a very early formative state right now. I wrote a play for this purpose and also staged it.

My latest interest is Stand-up comedy, I gave it a try for few times and decided that I will carry on.
Previously I was a student of Screen Presence Drama course in Manchester (course in screen and stage acting).
I worked as an extra in House Full (Bollywood). I worked as an extra in the British feature film The Dutches (aristocrat) and in the Faintheart and in several TV films and drama series.
I played a role of mother in student's film Call Me By His Name (Preston University),role of bored visitor in Swallowing Saltwater (Manchester University), role of Melissa in Coffee Days (Staffordshire University) and role of wife in Consergience (Staffordshire University). Recently (July 2010) I played a role of judge in a music video And a main role in short film "The happiest Day of My Life" (Dec. 2010)
I have a long term experience in amateur/student theatres from Latvia. When I studied in Latvia States Conservatoire, there where a course of Theatre Artistic Directors and I took part in lots of their course works as an actress. Also I visited Edinburgh 'Fringe' festival twice as Students' Theatre actress in Eugene Ionesco's The Bold Primadonna (Mery the maid) and Carol Pinter's Mountain Language (mother).
Theatre and acting is my passion.
Currently i study for MA Play Writing. -
I love singing. I worked with a vocal coach when I studied. I have experience in singing together with children' pop-group in Latvia and UK.
