Sean’s acting work includes Bird in the Rolling World Premiere of THE MERMAID HOUR (Borderlands), Rick in Rolling World Premiere of BUILDING THE WALL (Borderlands), Jonathan in THE RAINTONS OF FORTY HALL (Enfield Playwrights, London), Virtuoso in THE BUS (Why Not Productions) at The 2011 Edinburgh Fringe, Emory in the World Premiere of DEELMAYKER (Invisible Theatre), Zach in ALIVE AND WELL (IT) and Claude in AN EMPTY PLATE AT THE CAFÉ DU GRAND BOEUF (IT), Pallbearer in GEORGE IS DEAD (Arizona Theatre Company), Avatar Jeff in TITLE OF SHOW(ATC), and First Man in THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK (ATC), Bob in SUMMERTIME (University of Arizona), and The Reverend David Marshall Lee in THE FOREIGNER.He is the writer/director of SKINHEAD! (UK), and a Balinese Shadow Puppet adaptation of John Steinbeck’s OF MICE AND MEN (Bali). He has directed productions of YOU’RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN (CYT), RHINOCEROS, HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING, THE HYPOCHONDRIAC, BUS STOP, BLACKBIRD, KING LEAR, SHE STOOPS TO CONQUER, and A FLEA IN HER EAR. Sean was the Assistant Director for MASTER AND MARGARITA (Mark Bell - East 15), GEORGE IS DEAD (Elaine May - ATC), TITLE OF SHOW and THE KITE RUNNER (David Ira Goldstein - ATC).
Sean has also worked at Eastern Arizona College where he was an adjunct theatre instructor teaching Acting, Repertory theatre, and Introduction to Theatre classes. He has also worked as an Instructor at Arizona Theatre Company’s Summer on Stage teaching classes in Biomechanics, stage combat, and character development, and as a comedy instructor for Christin Youth Theatre Tucson. Sean has worked as a Scene Shop Foreman, stage Crew, and dramaturg. He also was the Dramaturgical Assistant at Arizona Theater Company in 2009 and the Artistic Assistant at Arizona Theatre Company in 2010.
MFA in Theatre Directing East 15 Acting School London, BFA Theatre History and Dramaturgy from The U of A. He also studied at the GITIS Institute in Moscow and ISI Denpasar in Bali, Indonesia, and Eastern Arizona College.
Sean is a EMC member of Actor’s Equity.
