About me
Hello there! My name is Steve Garland and i'm an actor, comedian, presenter and impressionist based in Leeds. I graduated from a theatre degree and am now looking to build my portfolio with as much work as possible. My day job sees me working with school children delivering essentially stand up comedy lectures about higher education, university and 'life lessons.' I hope to eventually use this experience to become a childrens TV presenter although acting is a passion I deeply wish to pursue. I'm energetic, enthusiastic and reliable and like to think I have the ability to connect with audiences whether in a live show or in character on film. I'm witty, have good improvisational skills and like to be thrown in at the deep end. I like to think of myself as a quick learner and I strive to adapt to situations. I'm confident with autocue, live shows and on a studio floor, i can take direction well and i'm very flexible. So feel free to peruse my profile and I hope to hear from you soonSkills
