About me
Spotlight: https://www.spotlight.com/4774-6722-9201I’ve always loved being creative, since a young age I’ve loved to draw and dance. I fell in love with acting when I was cast as the Messenger in Agamemnon at the age of 14. This passion further bloomed when seeing talents such as Michael Ajao in Nigel Williams' theatre adaptation of The Lord of the Flies and I have never looked back since!
The effect that the characters I bring to life have on the audience, stage or screen is a strong motivation for me and I believe The Mandy Network will allow me the opportunity to expose and showcase my talent as an actor and further build my experience.
My personal experiences in all my walks of life including 5 years Combined Cadet Force Army Service, Boxing, Model United Nations and National Public Speaking Competitions will serve to add a different angle to my performances and subverse traditional roles.
People would describe myself as a cheeky and confident individual, one who is also goal driven and will stop at nothing to achieve a goal or task that I have set!
Acting experience:
Training: City Academy London (2016). Haileybury Imperial Service College (2015-17)
Theatre: 2017: Young Pleasance Theatre company, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Pleasance Courtyard
Screen: Step Back (2020 short), Re:tribution (2020 short), Cultural Awareness (2020 short), The Discussion (2020 short), Family Matters (2019 short).
Additional skills:
Art and drawing: landscape, people, cartoons and anime. In terms of dance I can do both choreographed and freestyle. In addition to the popular dances, I can also dance in Afro- beats style. I also do impressions and voice mimicry of people, actors or otherwise.
Additional information:
I love fitness and the discipline required to be in good shape. I love to draw, dance and box too. Being a Christian has also enabled me to look at situations differently and keep a positive mindset through all things.
