About me
30+ years acting experience in Radio, Television, Film and Theatre started when I played Len in "Saved" at the Lyric Studio in my native Belfast, before I moved to London in the early eighties, where I have been based ever since.Additional skills:
Ensemble acting (e.g. "Freddie" in "Chronicles of Long Kesh" - winner of Best Ensemble Acting award at the Edinburgh Fringe 2009). Ensemble work where I have played contrasting characters in the same production (e.g. "Magwitch" & "Herbert Pocket" in "Great Expectations", Lyric Theatre, Belfast, 1993). Devised and improvisational skills (e.g. Jamesie in Charabanc's 1995 touring production,"A Wife, A Dog and A Maple Tree" the writing was based on several days improvisational work with director, writer & cast).
Additional information:
Most recent work:
Theatre: 'Vladimir' in tour of Samuel Beckett's "Waiting for Godot", directed by David Glass
Short film: 'Patrick'' in "We always find ourselves in the Sea" (a man sees visions of his dead daughter, which leads him to his death)..
