All Films owner / executive producer, Ron Redel, has always enjoyed bringing new creative talent into the industry. He launched the careers of Vaughan and Anthea while at Ten Bears and formed All Films after approaching Diesel creative director Brian Baderman.

All Films began in 1995 combining original comedy with inventive European talent. The company has since put a roster of directors together that have collected awards from the London International film festival, D&AD, Kinsale, Cannes, BTAA, Eurobest, Le Club des Directeurs Artistiques (France), The Art Directors Club (USA) and Art Directors Club Nederland. There has always been a particular emphasis on cultivating energetic new talent within a relaxed family atmosphere.
