KETV is a film production and editing company based in Dover, Kent. We provide full or partial production packages, studio and location facilities, multimedia expertise and training courses.

KETV (Kent Educational Television) was established in Dover in 1968 and was an early government experiment in the use of television in schools. Local schools were connected to the central studio by a landline and, in those pre-video days, programmes were sent down the line at specified times for the participating schools to watch.

Since then KETV has developed into a multimedia organisation known for the excellence of our film production facilities and our educational programmes, including the award winning Pilote Language Resources.

In 2008 KETV became part of The Dover Federation for Arts and now enjoys direct affiliations with educational centres in the Kent area.

KETV has filmed, edited and produced programmes for art and education centres and also for the Public and Private sectors. With in-house technical facilities, large studio space and unparalleled support on location we are able to offer varied production packages to suit all briefs and budgets.
