Stephen was born in Derby, and has had a very successful acting career, with many West End credits, including the fantastic part of Mickey in Blood Brothers, and taking a lead role in Wife Begins at Forty. Also touring with major shows such as Joseph and Adrian Mole, before starting his career as a Producer.

Stephen produce and directed his first show 'Lullabies of Broadway' at London's Players Theatre, and produced and promoted many touring shows in theatres and concert halls throughout the UK and Europe, including 'Puttin on the Ritz', 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow', 'Legends - The Tribute', 'The Sinatra Years', 'Talking Heads' and '20th Century Musicals I, II and III'. He also produced the 80's musical 'One Step Beyond', and produced and directed 'The Complete Wives of Henry VIII', both on tour at the Edinburgh Festival.

Other productions include 'Phantom and the Opera', 'Beyond Phantom', 'Legends of Swing, Nat Ella & Bing', and 'Livin La Vida Loca' as well as the big hit show 'Time Warp'. In 2002 he produced 'A Slice of Saturday Night' on National Tour and the West End.

Stephen, as the Producer/Director of Theatre Productions Ltd, currently has many different shows in production, including 'Christmas Crooners' and 'A Viennese Strauss Gala' which is playing to packed audiences all over the UK and Eire, and, of course, 'Over the Rainbow - the Eva Cassidy Story' and 'The Billie Holiday Story'.

He is also instrumental in bringing major Musical Shows to the UK, as well as taking his own productions

to such places as Australia, the Middle East and North America. He is delighted to have produced and directed 'The Naked Truth'.
