Mike 'Cash' Savvy is an incompetent debt collector who likes to think of himself as a 'vigilante'. If someone out there hasn't paid the piper, Cash will make them pay. And receive 5% commission... Cash's latest case is tracking down an overdue rental of 'Meet The Fockers', a movie he hates with a passion and just don't mention Barbara Streisand. The suspect is Todd Arthurs and Cash now makes it his personal mission in life to bring this scumbag down, whatever it takes.
