A short thriller with a supernatural undertone

The film focuses on Karen, a woman travelling across country as part of her day job. The long journey makes her weary and she begins to suffer from the side effects of her exhaustion: blackouts. She meets several characters, all of whom she has a desire to help. They all mysteriously vanish after being her passengers for short periods of time. Is Karen really seeing these people, or is it a hallucination; another side effect from her exhaustion.
