I'm confused...

Do you charge BSF and THEN for your word count as well? There seems to be a great deal of conflicting advice over this....

My understanding of this was it's an either/or situation, but with both options, you charge usage on top.

Generally only e-learning is charged by word count (and IVR per prompt) Everything else should be BSF plus usage. (Radio commercials produced in-house are different again and have individual rates) Gravy for the Brain has a good rate card you can check for anything, also Equity website.

And of course usage is not applicable in all situations, eg in-house training videos.
