Hi everyone,
I am a 38 year old actor/writer and I am looking to rent out my spare double bedroom in Didsbury, after the departure of my flatmate. The flat is fully-furnished, spacious and purpose-built in a desirable, quiet part of Didsbury, but within walking distance of the village and also West Didsbury nightlife. There is also a great bus route into Mcr City centre within 30 mins.
The rent would be £350 pcm excluding bills which I believe is the going rate. Please contact me for more details!
