Our client The Australian Director's Guild has a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the film industry and join the team as a Membership Coordinator. This 2-day a week position will focus primarily on the memberships and general administration side of the business. It will be responsible for developing and maintaining all membership processes, benefits, and databases. This position works closely with and supports ADG’s Strategy and Development Executive.The ADG are looking for a keen and data driven individual to join the team and hit the ground running. We would welcome people to discuss if they have accessibility requirements.Key Responsibilities:Responding to membership enquiries by email, phone and social media, and administering membership requirements.Managing Member Database and providing membership reports as required.Financial reporting on membership to Executive Director.Creating and collating surveys for members.Creating weekly membership EDMs regarding Industry developments and opportunities.Supporting the Strategy & Development Executive and Executive Director as required.General office administrative support as required including phone support, ordering supplies, streamlining processes, scheduling, and printing.
